I provide individual nutrition therapy in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I will work with you to develop a nutrition plan unique to you and your goals.

Other goals include: increased competency in portioning meals, ordering, and making positive choices to promote a healthy lifestyle.
TELEHEALTH NUTRITION COUNSELING SESSIONS:
Secure online video conferencing sessions are available. Contact me by phone, email, or message to see if this option is suitable for you. Most insurances do not typically cover these type of sessions. See below for payment options.
**Since March 2020, All sessions have been conducted over Telehealth. Most insurance companies with nutrition counseling as a covered benefit have been covering telehealth sessions until further notice. Please contact your plan for specific details.**

TELEHEALTH / PHONE NUTRITION COUNSELING SESSIONS:
Some insurance plans do not cover nutrition counseling phone or telehealth services. Contact me for more information.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT / NO-SHOW POLICY:
When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another client. It is very important that you call within 48 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment, please notify Sheila as a soon as possible by phone call. The full amount of an out-of-pocket follow up appointment will be charged to your account should you no-show or fail to notify a cancellation within 48 hours (Please refer to Payment Policy for full details.)
