Services — Heal your Relationship with Food:
I provide outpatient nutrition therapy for individuals navigating chronic dieting, body distrust, emotional eating, or recovery from disordered eating.
Areas of focus include:
• Restrictive eating
• Binge eating
• Purging behaviors
• Chronic dieting cycles
• Food rigidity and fear foods
• Body image distress
• Transition to independent eating (college and young adults)
My work integrates motivational interviewing, CBT-informed and ACT-informed strategies, along with trauma-aware care. We focus on building stability first — then flexibility — at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.
Sessions may include:
• collaborative meal structure support
• exposure to avoided foods at a pace that feels safe
• hunger and fullness reconnection work
• coping and regulation strategies related to eating
• practical planning for school, work, and daily life
• mindful and/or intuitive eating attunement practices
Intuitive Eating & Body Trust
Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected from their hunger, fullness, or sense of what their body needs. Together, we work to gently rebuild that connection.
Intuitive eating, as I practice it, is not about “doing it perfectly.” It’s about learning to listen again — and discovering that your body has been communicating with you all along.
Format: Telehealth
Session length: 60 minutes
Frequency: Weekly to monthly depending on needs
If a higher level of care is needed, I help coordinate appropriate referrals and next steps.
Contact me by phone, email, or message to see if this option is suitable for you.
Fees & Insurance
I am in-network with several insurance plans and also offer private pay options. Coverage for nutrition therapy varies by plan and diagnosis.
Please contact me to verify whether I currently participate with your insurance and to review benefits.
Payment is due at the time of service for private pay sessions. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
